Ilaria graduated Summa cum Laude at the University of Bologna in 1997, including studying in Paris at the University of Paris II-Assas. In 1998, Ilaria obtained a Master degree LL.M. in European Business Law at the Catholic University of Nijmegen (the Netherlands). After working for a decade in international law firms with extensive experience in the areas of corporate and commercial real estate, from 2008 she further specialized in assisting real estate development companies, Italian and foreign, on the Italian territory. Ilaria also has extensive experience in the investment in the Film Industry for Tax Credit purposes. Ilaria speaks fluent English and French and has basic knowledge of Spanish and Dutch.
